Upon receiving your item, please inspect the item(s) and the surroundings is in good condition. If yes, you will be require to sign off the Delivery Order to acknowledge your good acceptance. Once Delivery Order is signed with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good condition.
If you identify any imperfection, please inform our delivery team to indicate in our remarks column in the Delivery Order form before signing off. Kindly email us email@example.com with photos of the defective item(s) to facilitate our investigation. It normally takes 3 working days for us to accommodate the issue. In the event an exchange cannot be made, we reserves the rights to offer a substitute or refund. All replacement of item(s) will be made depends on the availability.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Hup Lee Home Furnishing Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.

In-stock items normally ship within 3 days after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
